Sharon J Smith

Sharon J. Smith, 1950-2015, peacefully passed away early Wednesday morning, 19 August, in her sleep. 

Sharon is survived by her three daughters: Paula Smith of Hermiston, OR;  Tammy Gattis (Shawn) of Pasco, WA; and Michelle Seufert (James) of Umatilla, OR. Her two granddaughters: Sammantha Linhoff of Hermiston, OR and Airman Hannah Seufert currently serving in the US Air Force. Her two Grandsons: Joseph Seufert and Shane Seufert. Her six great grandchildren: Dakota, Kamerann, Joey, Braelyn, Jaidyn,  and Ellerie, whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by her ex husband and best friend, Marvin Smith of Hermiston, OR; Along with her brother, Jack Harvey (Connie) of San Francisco, CA; and her sister Jill Joe (Lee) of Lakeland, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sharon was a long time resident of Hermiston, OR; who worked 18 years at J.R. Simplot and 15 years at Walmart Distribution Center.

Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family, making cards and jewelry, watching her Seattle Mariners. What she enjoyed most was decorating her home for the holidays.

Please come celebrate Sharon's life with her family Saturday, August 29th at 11:00 AM. Her Celebration of Life will be held at West Park Elementary Multi-purpose Room, in Hermiston.
