I was checking the obituaries this morning and was sorry to see that Shirley had passed away. She was a lovely woman and a good friend of my mother, Catherine Hoggins who passed away 30 years ago yesterday. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Joe and I are so sorry for your loss. Shirley was an amazing person. When you talked to her, you felt her care and concern. Hermiston was very lucky to have such a wonderful woman as a friend, a mentor to many, and a truly kind person in our midst.

Shirley's passing is such a tragic loss. I loved her with all my heart. She cared so deeply about my boys and so many other children. She was sweet, kind, compassionate, prayerful, and very strong. I respected her beyond measure. She will be achingly missed.

I'm so sorry to hear about such a wonderful woman leaving this earth. She was always so sweet to me. One of my most favorite customers. Definitely the hardest part of pharmacy, loosing the elder customers. May she rest in peace and what a beautiful angel we have watching over us.

I am so sorry for your loss Shirley was a wonderful ladyband teacher. I grew up listening to Shirley play the organ and piano in church and had her as my piano teacher. Shirley will b greatly missed by all.

So sorry on the loss of your great mother. I have many great memories of Shirley the many parties and choir practices over the years. She was a great lady and Hermiston has lost a fine citizen. Cherish your many good memories for they are the one thing death can't take from you. I know I will cherish all my memories.
