M. “Annie” Blain Parke, of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on May 22, 1941 in Wilbur, Washington to parents, Otto Clinton and Margret Mae Novotne Mustard. She died on August 23, 2016 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 75 years. Annie was raised and attended school in Lincoln, Washington. She lived in Eastern Washington until 1979 when she moved to Hermiston, Oregon where she has lived since. Annie raised animals as well as operating WesCo Trucking for several years. She married Martin Parke on June 22, 2002 in Hermiston, Oregon. Annie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards, bingo, cooking, and traveling.
She is survived by her husband: Martin Parke, Hermiston, OR; daughters: Margaret Ferguson, Joyce Erfurth, & Elizabeth Samms; step children: Norma Smith, Elizabeth Parke, & James Parke; sisters: Ruby, Ethel, Barbara, Aggie, & Donna; brother: Danny Mustard; grandsons: Jordan, Russell, Vance, Vade; numerous step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents, sons: William F. Erfurth & Donald W. Blain; and siblings: Jimmy, Beulah, Mary Jane, and Bertha.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1035 SE 9th St., Hermiston, OR 97838.
