Dear cousins,
I was so surprised to stumble on by accident Jewell's obituary on the East Oregonian's website while looking to see how they printed up my Mom's (Bethel Croghan) notice. Jewell passed away the same day we buried Mom. We had been trying to get word to Jewell and her brothers but Jan had no luck. Anyway, we are so very sorry for your loss. Jewell was a genuine "pistol" and I will always remember her quick wit and smile. We will be thinking of you.
