We were so sorry to read of Jack passing away recently. He was such a wonderful nice man. He was our Plumber before he retired from Inland plumbing. He will be missed by all who knew him. Knowing we will see him again in Heaven is a comfort. We pray for God to be near your family in this time of loss and cover you with His comfort and peace.

Jack and Cathy were members of a Hermiston Church of the Nazarene care group that met weekly, sometimes at their Stanfield home. My late wife, Maggy, and I attended, and later led, that care group, which, I believe, was started by Ray Thompson. The Knutzes were faithful attenders, and gracious hosts. Jack often was quiet, but he listened, and when he did speak up, others listened because he was a wise man.

My heart goes out to each of you. Wonderful how you have supported him by being there for him each in your own way. How he loved his grandchildren! What a valiant survivor he was! Our family loved him, too!
