G. Dee Sayles

G. Dee Sayles of Boardman, OR, was born on February 20, 1924 in Winona, Washington to parents, Roe and Pearl Burges Sayles. He died on December 21, 2015 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 91 years. Dee married Ruth E. Nelson on June 15, 1947 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He had a ranch for many years and owned and operated Hart Pest Control for 15 years.

Dee was a member of the Lutheran Church, Masonic Lodge, Shriners, Pony of America’s where he had a champion herd for several years and was on the board of directors. He enjoyed rock hunting, upland game hunting, and playing city league softball. 

A celebration of life service will be held on March 5, 2016 at 1:30 P.M. at the Oxford Suites, 1050 N. First St (Hwy 395), Hermiston, Oregon.
