Dave and I worked together off and on at Stockmans Steakhouse. I would take him home sometimes after work when him and his family lived in Dunn Rollin... he talked about how much he loved his wife and kids. I know that in later years some things happened between him and his wife, but he loved her all the same and his kids were his reason for living. The last visit that I had with him he was two summers ago and he was staying down at the river. At first I was concerned thinking that no one should have to live that way, but Dave loved it. It was cool at night and he enjoyed the visitors that came his way. His heart was pure and his intentions were always good in trying to help others. He had a wonderful soul. So sorry to have lost him...

Sorry for your loss. Dave was a great guy and he could fix anything! I'll always remember him smiling and giving me crap when he came in to get parts. He was always in a good mood and I'll miss that.
