Angie and family, We are shocked and saddened by Chris's passing. You are in our prayers. Working with, and for, your family for so many years at the Ford dealership, it felt like we were family and as we see our old friends/coworkers/associates passing on it is felt in a deep way. Deepest thoughts and prayers for your and your family.

We are saddened by Chris's passing. Chris was an impressive man. He had all the best qualities of his grandfather and grandmother, coupled with the sweetness of his mother and joie de vivre of his father.

This is hard.
Chris was truly an amazing man and an amazing friend.
Giving was his joy and his life was full of loving deeds!
Chris was also a wonderful craftsman and very proud of his work.
We will always cherish the moment we had together: working, sharing meals or just catching up on life…We will miss you Chris.

A "Renaissance Man" whose kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity of spirit defined his life. He was always there when he was needed. He never lost a friend and he had many. A life well lived but way too short. He will be missed by all.

We are so sorry for your loss. Don and I, both, have good memories of Chris as a student at Hermiston High School. Even as a teenager, he was bigger than life! What an awesome way to experience a life, whether it's long or short. Our prayers and thoughts are with your family.

My heart is saddened by the loss of a friend. I lost touch with a lot of people after graduation and Chris was one. I always wondered what happened to him as he was always so nice to me in school and others. I am glad to see that he still kept that special gift that God gave him and shared his gifts with others. He will be truly missed but Heaven has gained an amazing Angel. Rest in Peace dear friend, we will miss you until we all meet again.

I only met Chris a couple of times, mostly in and around my daughter Nikki's illness and death. Chris was so genuine in his attention to the suffering of others. My daughter Paige and her husband Bob were great friends of Chris, visiting him or he them on many, many occasions. I am so sad to hear of Chris' untimely death. He was a stellar human being and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. My heartfelt condolences to his mother and siblings and extended family. So sorry for your loss.

We've lost a good man and a highly entertaining one too, and that may seem a trivial thing to say but it isn't. What I will always remember about Chris was a spontaneous silliness so unlikely in such a big serious-looking guy. When he learned that I didn't have a driver's license he arranged an impromptu driving lesson in his pick-up, and as I ground gears and inched around the dusty lot in his vehicle ("you can't do anything to this beast it hasn't suffered already") he just kept up an ongoing low-key banter while giving sensible instruction. Despite not seeing him for years I'm sincerely heartbroken by this news, and I hope that his loved ones find comfort in the warm memories he's left so many of us.
