Thank you aunt Carol for all you love and wisdom you instilled in me as a young child and for being there to guide us around portland that one time when mom was up there. You may be gone from this earth but you will never be for gotten. Please give my love to all our family and friends up above until we meet again I will send my love heaven bound.

We were very saddened by the news we received this morning at the passing of Grandma Packard. The only thing that brings us any comfort is the fact that now Sandy is with her mother. We know that the town of Echo has lost a true Matriarch. Grandma Packard was the town's Grandma and Echo knew that. Her love and support for many youth over the years has made a legacy. Unfortunately, there are not many people like her and she will be deeply missed but forever be in our hearts. Our prayers to her family and any help that we can give is yours.
