I met Art while attending Eastern Oregon College (University), and so respected him. We were in the IK's together, and Art never had a negative thing to say about anyone. Later reunited in Hermiston where I was a teacher and he worked at Western Heritage Savings and Loan. I haven't seen Art since I retired in 1998, and we moved to College Place, WA.

My condolences to all his family - you've lost a wonderful person!
