Worked with Carl at Cascade Specialties inc, / Jain Inc, as a maintenance mechanic. His knowledge about all company operations and improving them was exceptional. Our company family definatially grew and became more productive (stronger) under Carls leadership. Carl was forward thinking / understanding / empathetic -- just an all around excellent person and manager.

I only worked with Carl a few months as my direct Manager at AWS towards the end of 2020 and one thing I noticed was that he was always in a good mood.  He was well respected by his team and as I worked with him I learned why. He was honest and sincere with his team, looked out for their success and overall a good person.

I am sorry for your loss and offer my sincere condolences.

Carl was a great person, and great manager, and genuinely super nice person.

I first met with Carl when my company was doing IT work for the onion plant out in Boardman.  I used to wonder how it must be for him and others that worked out there.  I know when I was for just a few hours my car and me would smell like onions for days!  I never new Carl that closely then, but I always knew him as a person of his word.

Later on, I was lucky to have worked with him during his time at AWS.   He was able to earn the trust of his team and was very well respected.  He managed two sites in his tenure and impacted the lives of his direct report employees and many other peers.  Carl will be missed deeply by the team.

Thanks for sharing Carl with us for the time we got to know him.  I am so sorry for you loss, and offer the family my sincere condolences.
