Timothy "Tim" E Reese

Timothy E. “Tim” Reese of Heppner, Oregon, was born on January 15, 1952 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to parents, Monte Thomas Reese II and Nora Lee (Foley) Reese. He died on April 17, 2023 in Spokane, Washington at the age of 71 years. Tim grew up and attended school in Minnesota with his 5 sibling. After graduation, he became an operator for the Sister & Brotherhood, IBEW Local 77 in Kennewick, Washington. Tim married Joan A. Barron on October 22, 1994. He was a volunteer for Umatilla Fire and Ambulance for several years. He loved hunting, fishing and trail riding in the mountains with his beloved wife, Joan. Tim’s especially loved spending time with his 3 bonus children and 7 grandsons.

He is survived by his wife: Joan Reese, Heppner, OR; bonus daughter: Misty Haugen (Mike), Heppner, OR; bonus sons: Bradley Reese (Rachel), Prosser, WA and Joseph Sanders, Pendleton, OR; 7 grandsons; sisters: Marsha Marx and Barbara Reese, both of Minnesota; brother: James Reese, Pendleton and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Tim’s memory will live on with all of his family & friends who loved him.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Monte Reese and a sister, Kathy Nazarian.     

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Contributions in Tim’s memory may be made to the Umatilla Fire and Ambulance or Heppner Fire and Ambulance.
