Thomas "Tommy" Mullins Obituary

Thomas Cecil Mullins, 74, of of Tacoma, WA but relocated to Pendleton, OR to live near his his Son passed away on November 13, 2024 at Willowbrook  Terrace in Pendleton, OR. Thomas (Tommy or Tom) was born on October 18, 1951 in Keystone, West Virginia. He was a beloved son of Beatrice E. Napier (Deceased) of Tacoma, WA and Maston. Mullins (Deceased) of Florida.
Tommy attended school in Tacoma, WA. As a young man, he served in the U.S. Army and as a Private he saw action in Korea. After serving his country, Tommy returned to Spanaway, WA where he raised his two sons, and worked for Burlington  Railroad. 
Tommy was friendly. He enjoyed being outdoors. He was an avid hunter, fisher and just loved to be outside.   He shared his love for the outdoors with his boys.  Tommy greatly loved his two dogs, Rags a wired hair fox terrier and Lakota a fox terrier (both deceased).  The two dogs brought him great joy. 

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents: His mother, Beatrice E. Napier, Tacoma, WA, and his father, Maston) Mullins,  Florida. 

Tommy is survived by his two sons: Gregory “Greg” Arthur Mullins, of Spanaway, Washington: and Joshua (Josh) Thomas Mullins (wife Annie Mullins) of Pendleton, OR, and one grandson, Carter  Mullins.  Who brought he the most joy and he would spoil as much as he could. He also is survived by his sister, Tina Dixon Stambaugh (husband Donald Stambaugh), of Puyallup, WA. 

In honor of his final wishes Tommy’s remains will be spread in the Pacific Northwest forests with his beloved dogs.
