Rosa Alvarez Garcia was born on April 17, 1951 in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico. She died on May 20, 2025 at her home in Stanfield, Oregon at the age of 74 years.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Burns Mortuary Chapel from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with the rosary at 6:00 P.M..

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Hermiston, Oregon.
