Ronald G. Douglas

Ronald “Ron” G. Douglas of Irrigon was born August 5, 1940 in Prineville, Oregon the son of Marion and Thelma (Greenway) Douglas. He passed away in Irrigon on February 18, 2025 at the age of 84.

Ron worked as a long haul truck driver for over twenty five years. He coached little league baseball in Umatilla for many years and was a member of the Umatilla Sage Riders where he served as president of the club for a time.

Ron is survived by his wife of sixty two years, Sharon Douglas; sons, Shannon Douglas and Trent Douglas; daughter, Ronaca Busler; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Service are pending and will be announced at a later time. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
