Robert Lee “Bob”Fowler of Walla Walla, Washington, was born on September 16, 1952 in Boise, Idaho. He passed away on November 29, 2021 in Walla Walla, Washington at the age of 69 years. Bob was a gift to his parents, Juanita Grace Saddler and Keith Edgar Fowler. He grew up with his brothers: Bill, Ron and John and his sister, Kay. Bob had an amazing childhood growing up in the Idaho- Oregon region. He graduated from Estacada High School in 1970. Bob joined the United States Navy right out of high school where he found a life of travel and adventure. He had two amazing sons, Robert K. Fowler and Bryan Lee Fowler. However the ocean called back to Bob and he decided to re-join the Navy for another 5 years. Bob had a lot of friends who traveled with him all over the West Coast. For years he lived a traveling life, but time took it’s toll and Bob new it was time to settle down. Bob decided to live in Walla Walla, Washington where he decided to go to college and get his degree in counseling, specializing in narcotics and alcohol. He was huge into working with veterans who had struggled with drugs and alcohol. Bob joined the NA group in Walla Walla where he has helped so many people over come their addiction and supported those who needed encouragement and just someone to listen.
Bob left behind an extremely large family, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and to many cousins to count.
Bob’s last years were surrounded by his sons, a grandson, daughters-in-law, family and friends.
We will miss him very much. “We will see you later Bob”.
