Marion "Bud" Seeber

Marion “Bud” Seeber was born on September 3, 1962 in Seaside, Oregon to Albert Harrison Seeber and Sandra Corrine Waters.  He passed away on June 19, 2026 at the age of 63.

Bud spent most of his life living in the California area. After his Dad passing in 2005, Bud decided to move to Oregon to be closer to family. In 2006 he moved to Hermiston, Oregon. In recent years, Bud moved to Pendleton, Oregon and began managing the “River Rock RV Park” where he also lived.

Bud loved the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He was also a very accomplished jewelry maker. Often using pieces of rattlesnakes and bones from different animals in his pieces.

While Bud never married or had any children of his own, he was a proud uncle of many nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his two siblings: Christine Ruloph and Albert Harrison Jr, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bud is preceded in death by his parents and sister Annamarie Seeber.
