Maria “Elva” Cantu, longtime Hermiston resident of Astoria, Oregon, was born on August 17, 1940 in Edinburg, Texas. She died on October 31, 2024 in Milwaukie, Oregon at the age of 84 years.

Rosary will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston, Oregon

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 12:00 Noon at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
