LuCynda "Cindy" (Bailey) Keltz

LuCynda “Cindy” Keltz was born on October 21, 1952 in Ogden, Utah to parents, James Norman Bailey Sr and Wanda Mae (Smith) Bailey . She died on September 3, 2023 at her home in Stanfield, Oregon at the age of 70 years. Cindy was raised and attended schools in Stanfield, Oregon, graduating in the class of 1971. She worked for JR Simplot for over 20 years and later at Main Street Market Stanfield for over 10 years. Cindy was an avid Mariners and Seahawk fan who loved spending time with her grandchildren, cheering them at their sporting events and activities and time with her entire family at family gatherings.

She is survived by her ex-husband and forever friend: David Keltz, Stanfield, OR; sons: Steve Keltz (Lisa), Hermiston, OR and David Keltz Jr (Sherry), Stanfield, OR; daughter: Connie Davis (David), Hermiston, OR; brothers: Robert Bailey Sr (Jayne), Stanfield, OR and Paul Bailey (Terri), Stanfield, OR; grandchildren: Shayne, Lyndzee, Schyler, Lane, Sherwood, Carson & Dalton; numerous nieces and nephews.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Wanda, Jim, Gordon, Russell, Roger, Mary, Chuck and Lawrence.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Stanfield, Oregon.

A celebration of life gathering will follow at the Stanfield Moose Lodge at 1:00 P.M.
