Karen A (Mack) Anderson

Karen Anderson died at her home on December 19, 2024, surrounded by family.

She was 78 years old. Karen was the wife and “secret weapon” of George, her devoted husband of 56 years. Karen was the loving mother of Beth Anderson of Sacramento, Sally Anderson Hansell of Hermiston (husband Tyler), and William Anderson of La Grande (wife Sarah). Her five beloved grandchildren gave her great joy: Hunter, Tyler, Anna, Mabel, and Eleanora.

She sang like an angel and always said that “music is a gift you give yourself.” She prided herself on hard work. Her garden was beautiful. She was always game for a new adventure. She is deeply missed.

A service will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at St. John's Episcopal Church, 665 E. Gladys Ave., Hermiston, Oregon
