Jordee E. Phipps of Hermiston, Oregon was born on November 11, 2015 in Hermiston, Oregon to parents, Hurburt and Kimberlee (Lear) Phipps. She died on September 8, 2024 in Irrigon, Oregon as the result of an accident at the age of 8 years and 10 months.

A funeral service to celebrate Jordee’s life will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
