John Ray Gojenola

John “Johnny” Ray Gojenola of Kennewick, WA was born June 8, 1966  in Hermiston, Oregon. He passed away after a short battle with cancer in Hermiston on July 2, 2025 at the age of 59.

Johnny grew up and attended his schooling in Kennewick, WA where he continued to live throughout his adult life. 

Johnny enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles as well as enjoyed riding motorcycles. He loved music and played several musical instruments. He also had some very artistic traits which showed in his drawing, painting and landscaping work.

He is survived by his mother, Deana Gojenola; sisters, Shawna Gojenola-Kennedy and Heather Durand; brother, Jade Tisdale; three daughters, Cheyanne Pourier and twin daughters, Shara and Starr Gojenola; grandson, Teghen OBrien; and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Marvin Trundle; brother, Paulino Gojenola; and a son, John Dillon Pourier.

A Private family celebration of life will be held. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
