Jennifer Anne Rollins

Jennifer “Jenn/Jenny” Anne Rollins of Hermiston was born July 25, 1979 in Hermiston the daughter of David and Cheryl (Hockersmith) Rollins. She passed away in Hermiston on September 17, 2024 at the age of 45 years.

Jenny grew up in Hermiston and graduated from Hermiston High School in the Class of 1997. She attended college at Eastern Oregon University, Blue Mountain Community College, where she received her associates degree in business administration, and Northern Arizona University.

Jenny worked as a Human Resources Specialist for Simplot, Columbia Crest Winery and Reesers Fine Foods. 

Jenny loved to rescue cats and enjoyed giving them the care they needed as well as a loving and caring home. She enjoyed knitting, reading books, and helping outside with yard work.She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Kennewick and enjoyed several trips to various locations with the church group. She was very dedicated to her family and enjoyed spending time with her parents, her sister and her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her mother, Cheryl and Jerry Ennis; father, David and Maria Rollins; sister, Angie and Jeremy Carlson; nieces and nephews, Neena, Adam, Noah, Jack and Gwen; step niece Callie Bradshaw, step nephew Chase Carlson, step brothers and sisters, Amie West, Brisella Escalante, Gerardo Escalante and Vicente Escalante; and many extended family members.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday September 26, 2024 at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church (565 W Hermiston Avenue Hermiston, OR). A Memorial Mass will begin at 11:30 A.M. also at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church. A Private family interment will be in the Echo Cemetery. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
