Janet L (Sheehan) Weyant

Janet Lottie Viola Weyant of Irrigon, former Seattle, Washington resident, was born on May 7, 1936 in Seattle, Washington to John and Riene Sheehan. She passed away on January 27, 2020 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 83 years.

Janet graduated from Lincoln high in Seattle in 1955. She worked in civil service most of her working career. She lived and worked in the greater Seattle area until moving to Irrigon Oregon in 2009.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis and her sisters Jackie and Jeri.

Janet is survived by her Sons Jerry, Jeff and daughter Judy.  She was known as Grandma J to six grandchildren Jerry, Jason, Jessica, Jacob, Kennedy and Peter,  11 great grandchildren Liam, Sean, Fiona, Zoe, Austin, Eli, Dakota, Keegan, Nico, Sophia, and Nathan.

She loved to volunteer, privately in her younger years and later at the Salvation Army with husband Lewis and this continued at Stokes landing Senior Center in Irrigon until she could not do it anymore.

A private family interment will be in Seattle, Washington.
