Dale Jean Moyer

Dale Jean Moyer of Umatilla was born March 1, 1976 in Enterprise, Oregon the daughter of Orville and Lavon (Simonis) Elliott. She passed away in Hermiston on November 11, 2025 at the age of 49.

Dale lived in Lostine in her early years and later moved to Central Oregon where she graduated from Redmond High School. She married Daniel J. Moyer in Redmond in the mid 1990's. The couple divorced two years ago.

Dale moved to Eastern Oregon in 2008 and has lived in the communities of Irrigon and Umatilla since that time. She enjoyed camping, fishing and had a love for Basset Hounds.

She is survived by a son, Tyler and wife Michaelia Elliott; stepsons, Alex Moyer and Kasey Kochis; brothers, Will Elliott and Ottis Elliott; sisters, Floy Rule and Ellen Jarvis; two grandchildren, Eldon and Jason Elliott.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A private family burial will be in the Lostine Cemetery in Lostine, Oregon next Spring.
