Connie M (Frazier) Parker

 Umatilla, Oregon to parents, Robert “Bob” and Dorothy (Hinkley) Frazier. She died on August 26, 2023 in Bend, Oregon at the age of 64 years. She was raised and attended schools in Hermiston, Oregon. Connie has been with Jeffrey Parker since 1974, living in Portland, Phoenix, Spokane and Buckley before returning to Hermiston, Oregon in the late 1980's. She worked for many years as a in-home caregiver. Connie enjoyed going to the coast, crafts, art, drawing, reading, playing cards, watching movies, especially Disney movies. She was the fun aunt and cherished time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by Jeff Parker Sr., Hermiston, OR; sons: Jeffrey Parker Jr., Spokane, WA, Brian Parker, Salem OR and Travis Parker, Coos Bay, OR; mother: Dorothy Frazier, Hermiston, OR; brothers: Robert, Salem, OR, Milo, Hermiston, OR, Ian, Ohio, & Bill, New Mexico; sister: Carol, South Carolina; grandchildren: Ashley, Hailey, Devin & Ryland; great grandchildren: Greyson & Emarie; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Connie was preceded in death by her father, Bob.  

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hermiston Nazarene Church, 1520 W. Orchard Ave., Hermiston, Oregon.
