Connie died in Trios Hospital in Kennewick after a long period of poor health. Her family is grateful that her hospital stay was short & that she is now pain free, unburdened by the cares of this world & enjoying the company of her family & friends who have gone before her. 

Connie was born to Glen & Glorianne Frame in Frannie WY. She only weighed 2 1/2 pounds at birth and it was considered a miracle that she survived. 
She attended grade school in Lovell WY. Her favorite activities were tap dancing and water skiing. She attended HS in Fullerton NB & Frenchtown MT. She was an excellent student.
After HS she attended Business School in Missoula. Her beloved sons, Jeffrey Allen & Sean Edward were both born in Missoula. The family moved to Tacoma WA where Connie worked as an Insurance Office Mgr. After the boys were grown, Connie & her husband, Brian moved to Plymouth, WA. Where they continued to live. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Glen Frame and her youngest son, Sean. 

She is survived by husband, Brian; Mother, Glorianne Frame; son, Jeff, his wife Kristi & their children, Liam, Aidan & Haileigh; Sean’s wife Leah, their daughters,  Dazia & Breze and her son’s  Hayden & Jack. 

We love you, Connie. We are grateful for your love! Rest In Peace  

A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday August 24, 2019 at the Umatilla Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (15 Grant Street Umatilla, OR). Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery in Umatilla, OR.

Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
