Barry Scott Schneider

Barry Scott Schneider of Irrigon was born March 7, 1954 in Saint Francis, Kansas the son of Ivan and Donna (Stevens) Schneider. He passed away in Kennewick, WA on May 4, 2025 at the age of 71.

Barry lived in Kansas throughout his childhood where he attended his schooling. He later moved to Colorado where he lived for several years. He came to Oregon in the late 1980's and has lived in Umatilla and Irrigon since that time.

Barry worked as a self employed contractor throughout his lifetime. He owned and operated, Barry Schneider Asphalt Service, aka Seal King for many years in Eastern Oregon.

Barry married Donna Packer on March 17, 1973 in Goodland, Kansas.

He is survived by his wife of fifty two years, Donna Schneider; son, Christopher (Danielle) Schneider, daughter, Angela Schneider; stepdaughter, Christy Packer; fourteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister, Tenna (Theron) Thomas; and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Donna Schneider; sister, Connie; brothers, Richard and Marshall.

At his request no services will be held. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
