Amelia Lemus Flores

Amelia Lemus Flores of Irrigon was born March 5, 1946 in Michoacan, Mexico. She passed away in Portland, Oregon on February 5, 2025 at the age of 78.

She is survived by children, Arturo Flores Lemus, Maria Carmen Flores Lemus, Juan Manual Flores Lemus, Irene Flores Lemus, Luis Flores Lemus, Yolanda Flores Lemus, Ramona Flores Lemus, Leticia Flores Lemus, Jose Flores Lemus, Petra Flores Lemus, Rafael Flores Lemus; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Manual Flores on Jan. 17, 2013 and a son Manuel Flores on May 16, 1990.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday Feb. 11, 2025 from 4-7:00 P.M. at the Burns Mortuary Chapel. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday February 11, 2025. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday February 12, 2025 at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Irrigon. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
