Wendy J. Paris Schlink of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on July 18, 1972 in Hermiston, Oregon. She died on April 30, 2018 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 45 years. Wendy was raised and attended school in Hermiston, graduating from Hermiston High School in 1990. She married Dennis Schlink on April 21, 2003 in Reno, Nevada. They had lived in Hermiston for several years before living in Nevada, Arizona and Seaside, Oregon until returning to Hermiston in August of 2017. Wendy enjoyed Christian music, playing slot machine games, watching game shows, getting her nails done and her dog Max. She cherished spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband: Dennis Schlink, Hermiston, OR; daughters: Shandi Paris and Britini Kautz, both of Hermiston, OR, Lyndsay Hein, Jacksonville, NC; father: Wendell Paris and step father Don Carman, both of Hermiston, OR; brothers: Robert Paris, Ken Paris & Brian Carman all of Hermiston, OR; sisters: Lori Carey, Umatilla, OR, Crystal Carman, Hermiston, OR, and Tami Marti, Colorado Springs, CO; 3 grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Wendy was preceded in death by her mother: Billie Carman and grandmother: Opal Olesen.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the Living Faith Church, 1611 Diagonal Rd., Hermiston, OR.
