On Sunday, April 22, 2018 Virginia L. Randolph, age 90, of Hermiston, Oregon, passed away peacefully in Puyallup, Washington, under the care of hospice.
Virginia was born on November 2, 1927, in Tigard, Oregon. She was one of 10 children born to Ernest and Ethel (Flood) Borthwick. They later moved to Hermiston, Oregon, where Virginia lived until shortly before her death.

In the early 90’s she operated a cross-stitch store on Main Street in Hermiston, Oregon. She enjoyed cross-stitch herself, and was delighted with the people that came into her store.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Bill, her parents, brothers Neal, Bob, Jim, Richard and Gerald, sisters Irene and Mary Ellen and great-grandson Trevor Page. She is survived by two sisters, Carol Richmond of Hermiston, Oregon and Frances Loney of Apache Junction, Arizona.
