Vantha Hay was born on February 20, 1949 in Takeo, Cambodia. She died on January 14, 2020 at her home in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 70 years.

Vantha worked for 20 years at Simplot in Hermiston, Oregon before going to work at the Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton as a blackjack dealer.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial will follow at Olney Cemetery, Pendleton, Oregon.
