Dr. Steven R. Zielinski MD, JD of Hermiston, OR, was born on April 11, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. He died on November 12, 2017 at OHSU Hospital in Portland, Oregon at the age of 59 years.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Umatilla, Oregon.
