Marianne Cecelia (Bantle) Schwartz

Marianne Cecelia (Bantle) Schwartz was born December 13, 1928 to Ray and Julia (Kutcher) Bantle in Sheridan, Wyoming. She finished her journey on earth with her family at her side and was called home to God on June 21, 2018 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 89 years.
She met and married the love of her life, Larry Schwartz on August 3, 1947. In their 69 years of marriage, they enjoyed their 4 children, 5 grandsons and 8 great-grandchildren.
They lived in Montana early in their married life, enjoyed many years in Kennewick, WA where Marianne enjoyed gardening, walking, baking – but most of all her family.  She has lived in Hermiston, Oregon for the last 20 years.
Marianne is survived by their daughter Pamela Friese (Tom), sons Robert (CeSanne), Mark (Ruth), and Michael (Karen), grandsons Jonathan Friese (Alison), Joseph Friese (Wendy), Timothy Schwartz (Natalie), David Schwartz (Holly), and Matthew Schwartz, great-grandchildren Henry, Charlie and Evelyn Friese, Jaxson, Brody, Cameron, Harper and Emmie Rose Schwartz.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and grandchildren Lisa and Todd Friese.
Her family would like to thank the staff at Sun Terrace for their tender care, patience, and support for her family.
We would also like to thank Vange John Memorial Hospice for their compassionate care in her final days.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Hermiston, Oregon.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
Memorial contributions may be made to Vange John Memorial Hospice Education Fund.
