Gary L Longhorn

Gary Lee Longhorn, 73 of Hermiston Oregon passed away peacefully at the Hospice House in Kennewick Wa. on Sunday January 13th, 2019 with family in attendance.  He was born January 26th, 1945 in Stanfield, Oregon where he attended school and graduated in 1964.  He married and moved his family to Pilot Rock, Or in 1970.  He worked at Kearns Furniture and later in the lumber industry at Louisiana Pacific, until a tragic car accident in 1989, which left him paralyzed.  
Gary Longhorn is survived by his two children Gary Lee Longhorn Jr. of Hermiston and Tamara Mae Hyder of Boardman.  
He was proceeded in death by his daughter Tina Marie Longhorn that passed in 2012 and son Travis James Longhorn in 1988.  
He enjoyed many different activities including: camping, hunting and fishing.  He was especially fond of the Portland Trailblazers. 
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
