Darrin W Bowling

Darrin W. Bowling was born on July 2, 1965 in Hermiston, Oregon to parents, Leonard and Barbara Quarles Bowling. He died on June 9, 2017 at his home in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 51 years. Darrin was raised and attended schools in Hermiston where he participated in baseball and marching band. He graduated from Hermiston High School in the class of 1983. Darrin worked at Tum-A-Lum Lumber for several years and then at Payless Lumber where he has worked since. He enjoyed fishing, bird hunting, watching sports, watching auto races, riding motorcycles, and tinkering with wood to fix almost anything. 

He is survived by his mother: Barbara Bowling, Hermiston, OR, companion: Cheryl Gage, Hermiston, OR; sisters: Carrie Norton, Hermiston, OR & Becky Coffiel, Pasco, WA; brothers: Mark Bowling, Port Orange, FL, William Bowling, Hermiston, OR & Chad Bowling, Palm Coast, FL; daughter: Cassie Gage, Hermiston, OR; son: Justin Gage, Pendleton, OR; grandchildren: Devon, Miracle, Chloe, Emma & Bryson; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Darrin was preceded in death by his father: Leonard Bowling and a sister: Barbara “Babbie” Bowling.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
