Cecil "Bud" E Howard III

Cecil E. “Bud” Howard III was born on November 17, 1958 in Hermiston, Oregon to parents, Cecil Howard Jr. and Carla Hall Howard. He died on August 18, 2017 at his home in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 58 years. Bud attended schools in Umatilla, Oregon, graduating from Umatilla High school in the class of 1978. He worked with his dad at the family business, Belles Septic Service until 1999. Bud then worked in the construction field for several years. He was a member of the Stanfield Baptist Church, Stanfield, Oregon. Bud was a rock hound, collected stamps, who enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors.

He is survived by his son: Jesse James Howard, Kentucky; sister: Frances Howard, Hermiston, OR; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bud was preceded in death by his parents.  

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at the Stanfield Baptist Church, 310 NE Wheeler Ave., Stanfield, Oregon.

A private family burial will be held at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.

Those who wish may make contributions in Bud’s memory to the Stanfield Baptist Church.
