Jay Allen Richardson was born on February 21, 1968 in Jackson, Michigan. He died on April 4, 2024 at his home in Umatilla, Oregon at the age of 56 years.

He is survived by his daughter Jamie Richardson and three grandchildren and his sister, Jennfier Custer and niece, Sierra Custer along with a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins spread across the United States. He had a girlfriend, Pearl Price, and a good network of local friends.

A celebration of life will be arranged, with a date to be determined.
