William "Rick" R Brooks II

William R. “Rick” Brooks II of Boardman, Oregon, was born on March 2, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri. He died on July 2, 2015 near Boardman, Oregon as the result of a motorcycle accident at the age of 58 years.

He is survived by his daughter: Lyndell Marie Brooks, Vancouver, WA; son: William Richard “Ricky” Brooks III, Carson, WA; sister: Brenda Stewart, Vancouver, WA; and 2 grandchildren.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Carl, and sister: Sally Ann.
