Ruth Karm

Ruth Karm of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on April 27, 1932 in McMinnville, Oregon to parents, R. Lee and Frances Lannon Wade. She died on November 7, 2017 in Pendleton, Oregon at the age of 85 years. Ruth settled in Umatilla County, Oregon in 1956 where she has lived since. She had worked as a benefits administrator for the state unemployment office for many years. She loved reading, gardening, and going on sightseeing drives in the car. Ruth cherished spending time with her family. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Ruth was a kind, quiet, sweet spirit.

She is survived by her sons: Daniel Baisley & his wife Lynnette, Happy Valley, OR, Terry Baisley Sr. & his wife Leslie, Redmond, OR, David Baisley & his wife Fran, Hermiston, OR and Michael Baisley & his wife Aida, Pendleton, OR; a daughter: Raissa Cook, Pendleton, OR; 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Fred Karm, and 3 brothers: Don, Bill and Dave Wade. 

A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
