Ronald D. “Ron” Howell of Umatilla, Oregon, was born on August 16, 1941 in Emmett, Idaho to parents, Ulysses and Jennie Olsen Howell. He died August 16, 2016, on his 75th birthday in Hermiston, Oregon.
