Rocky D Thompson

Rocky D. Thompson of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on April 2, 1962 in Hermiston, Oregon to parents, Daniel Haller Sr and Dorothy Rowland. He died on January 17, 2017 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 54 years. Rocky graduated from Hermiston High School in the class of 1980. He drove truck for Coca Cola for a time and spent many years as the chef at the Chuck Wagon Café in Hermiston, Oregon. Rocky enjoyed music, cars, and time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters: Danielle Thompson (Mike), Richland, WA, Brandy Thompson, Spokane, WA; son: Zachary Thompson, Richland, WA; sisters: Lori Thompson, Kennewick, WA & Angela Culver, St. Helens, OR; and his grandchildren: Mariah, Hannah, Aalyiah, Marques, Steven Jr., and Amayah on the way.

Rocky was preceded in death by his parents.  

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Panda Inn Restaurant 675 N. 1st St., Hermiston, Oregon.
