Patricia Mae (Kirk) Wade

Patricia Mae Kirk Wade, 85, of Hermiston, OR, born November 12, 1930 at Heppner, OR, died Friday, January 22, 2016 at Regency Hermiston Nursing Facility in Hermiston.  She was born on November 12, 1930 in Heppner, Or. to parents Charles Kirk and Florence Matteson. 
In her early life she was raised by her Grandmother, Mary Floreon Kirk, on her Grandmother’s farm on Buttercreek near Heppner. During the winter they would move into town to the Floreon house so she could continue school. When she was ten years old, her Dad, Charles Kirk, enlisted in the service during WWII and she didn’t see him again until she was sixteen.  She graduated from Heppner High School in 1948 and a year later married Tilden Williams Jr.  They raised 5 children in Echo where they resided many years until 1969 when they moved to Stanfield.
She later divorced and married Bill Wade until his death in 1982
She was a full-time mother for many years then worked at Ordinance Depot as a clerk and later on as a supervisor at Simplot.
She loved her dogs, horses and riding, country music, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends. 
She was preceded in death by her son, Greg Williams;.grandson, Travis Weems; sisters Crystal Rathbun and Judith Blakeman; brother Clinton Timmons; parents Charles Kirk, Florence Matteson Hutchins; step-father, Kenny Hutchins; and spouses Tilden Williams and Bill Wade.
Patricia is survived by, Son, Steven Williams of Milton Freewater. Daughters, Gloria Miller (Jack) of Pilot Rock, Janet Henderson of Douglasville, Georgia, & Terri Weems (Bob) of Hermiston.
She had 13 grandchildren & 19 great grandchildren.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 1:00pm at Pleasant View Cemetery in Stanfield, Oregon.
