Mildred Lucille Sisco, 93 of Umatilla died on Tuesday April 21, 2015 in Hermiston. She was born on May 16, 1921 in Idabel, Oklahoma. A family memorial will be held at a later date. Disposition was by cremation. A burial will be held in Rainier, Oregon at a later date.
