Margaret "Margie" (Seibel) Schwarz

Margaret M. “Margie” Seibel Schwarz of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on February 27, 1943 in Hermiston, Oregon to parents, Albert and Frankie Miller Seibel. She died on July 27, 2016 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 73 years. Margie was raised and attended schools in Stanfield, Oregon before moving to Portland, Oregon. She married David Schwarz and they lived in Portland, Oregon where Margie worked for JBL&K Insurance. They returned to the Stanfield - Hermiston, Oregon area where they have lived for the better part of 50 years. Margie worked for Louthan Grocery and later for Bill Meade at the Red Apple Market in Umatilla, Oregon. She was a longtime member of the Stanfield Moose Lodge, Stanfield, Oregon. She enjoyed crafts, cooking, and gatherings with her family & friends.

She is survived by her husband, David Schwarz, Hermiston, OR; son: Dale Schwarz, Kennewick, WA; brothers: Gary Seibel, Hermiston, OR, Albert Seibel Jr, Hermiston, OR, and Glen Seibel, Boardman, OR; sister: Audrey Moore, Coos Bay, OR; numerous nieces and nephews.

Margie was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother: Samm Seibel.
 
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Stanfield Moose Lodge, 615 W. Coe St., Stanfield, OR 97875.
