Lucille “Lucy” Harris, former longtime Knappa, Oregon resident, was born on February 10, 1953 in Oakland, California to parents, Jerome Jr. and Pauline Roarke Harris. She died on September 6, 2017 at her home in Stanfield, Oregon at the age of 64 years.
