L. David Abercrombie

Lenard “Dave” Abercrombie of Irrigon, Oregon, was born on October 27, 1957 in Umatilla, Oregon. He died on June 25, 2015 in Boardman, Oregon at the age of 57 years. Dave has lived in Irrigon, Oregon for several years and has worked in the area as a mechanic. He enjoyed stock car racing and had just won the main event in Hermiston shortly before his death.

Survived by son: Bradley Abercrombie, Irrigon, OR and his mother Mafe; mother: Evelyn M. (Pat) Carpenter of Irrigon, OR. sister, Deborah L. Wilcott, Springfield, MO. brother, Daniel R. (Ina) Abercrombie, Irrigon, OR. brother, Thomas C. (Anne) Abercrombie, Hooper, UT, sister: Sharon M. Leitheiser (Ambrose Kunz), Detroit Lakes, MN, sister: Brenda (Alan) Grunhovd), Gary, MN, fiancee: Ani De Gracia, Irrigon, OR; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father Lenard D. Abercrombie, step mother: Ila Mae Abercrombie, sister: Dianna L. Morgan

A celebration of life gathering in memory of Dave Abercrombie will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at the Greenfield Grange, 209 NW First Street, Boardman, OR 97818.

Private family burial will be held at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
