Jeanne L. Terry was born on April 5, 1957 in Tacoma, Washington to parents, Wayne and Patricia Herbst Eckley. She died on April 19, 2017 at her home in Irrigon, Oregon at the age of 60.

A celebration of life gather will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at Huntington, Oregon.
