Eduardo Salas Garcia Jr.

Eduardo Salas Garcia Jr. was born on October 24, 1977 in Hermiston, Oregon to parents, Eduardo Salas Sr. and Concepcion Salas Garcia. He died on July 25, 2016 at his home in Irrigon, Oregon at the age of 38 years. Eduardo was raised and attended schools in Michigan before returning to Irrigon, Oregon in 1994 where he has lived since. He has worked for M & D Farms in Hermiston, Oregon for the last 21 years. Eduardo married Esther Arellano on December 27, 2001 in Irrigon, Oregon. He was a member of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Hermiston, Oregon. Eduardo cherished time with his family and enjoyed watching football and BBQ’s.

He is survived by his wife: Esther Arellano, Irrigon, OR; daughter: Yuriko Dayan, Irrigon, OR; sons: Richard and Edward Salas, both of Irrigon, OR; father: Eduardo Salas Sr., Irrigon, OR; grandmother: Margarita Garcia, Mexico; brothers: Edgar Salas, Irrigon, OR, Ismael Salas, San Antonio, TX;; sister: Marisol Salas, Boardman, OR; numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Eduardo was preceded in death by his mother, Concepcion Salas Garcia. 

Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston, Oregon.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
