Alonso Madrigal Garcilazo

Alonso Madrigal Garcilazo, of Umatilla, Oregon was born on November 8, 1991 in Michoacan, Mexico to parents, Gabino Madrigal and Marivel Garcilazo. He died on March 4, 2015 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 23 years. Alonso was raised and attended school in Umatilla, Oregon. While growing up he enjoyed playing baseball, soccer, track and karate. Alonso graduated from Umatilla High School in 2009. He has worked for ConAgra (Watts Brothers) for the last 2 years. Alonso enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, he was a car enthusiast, cruising, and most of all time with his sons and family.

He is survived by his parents, Gabino & Marivel Madrigal, Umatilla, OR; his sons: Andre Alonzo Madrigal & Adriel Madrigal, Portland, OR; grandparents: Maria Eleazar Coria, Moises Garcilazo & Natalia Jimenez, all of Mexico; sisters: Nancy Coria (Gildardo) & Alondra Coria (Gilibaldo) of Umatilla, OR; brothers: Orlando Madrigal & Cristian Madrigal, Umatilla, OR; nieces & nephews: Jahir, Amarie, Elijah, Deedra, Orlando Jr., Aylanih, & Naiya; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Alonso was preceded in death by a grandfather: Florencio Madrigal.

Rosary will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 9:30 A.M.  with mass to follow at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Hermiston, Oregon.

Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery, Hermiston, Oregon.
